Working with Estimate Sections

Before you begin

  • Ensure you are logged into the Elda(Chrome) Scheduler Application.  See our article Getting Started with Scheduler for more.
  • Ensure the Schedule you are working with belongs to a Job Account.  Changing a schedules estimate section only applies to Job Accounts, NOT General Accounts.


Changing a Schedule's Estimate Section

1. With a schedule selected, press the schedule button from the menu. Click Edit Schedule from the sub-categories

2. Once the schedule details window has opening, press Change Section

3. Select a new section you wish to have the schedule assigned to and press Select Section or double click on the section name.

4. In Schedule Details window, update the section description. Then select Save

Assigning Estimate Sections

This will allow users to quickly assign estimate sections to multiple schedules of the job.

1. With a schedule selected, press the schedule button from the menu. Click Edit Schedule from the sub-categories

2. In Schedule Details window, press Change Section. image274

3. In Select Estimate Section window, press Manage to bring up the Re-Assign Sections window.

4. Select a section that you wish to have schedules assigned to.

5. The system will automatically select the schedules that have been assigned to the chosen section. opt to select or deselect the schedules that you wish to have the section changed.

(Tick Update section description to also change the Schedule Description)

6. Press Save to save the changes.
