Getting Started with ReoQuote

Overview

ReoQuote is an easy to use system, designed to assist phone sales staff in providing customers with rapid pricing information on goods required without the need of raising a schedule in the Chrome scheduling system.

The user records the goods required by a customer into the system and provides the customer with a quotation for them to consider. The quote can then be saved for later retrieval and commitment if the quotation is accepted by the customer at a later stage.

If a customer accepts a quotation it is simply a matter of pressing a button to create a fully functioning schedule containing all the appropriate information within the Chrome scheduling system for processing through the plant.

Quotes issued by other staff members can also be viewed and retrieved and used in their absence.

The system also contains various tools to assist in the calculation of material required and cross references to identify related products to any product being considered.

Before you begin

• Ensure you have access to ReoQuote.  If you don't see ReoQuote in your available Elda (Chrome) shortcuts, you may need to request access to it.  Please see our article on how to Request access to an Elda Application.

How to Access ReoQuote

You can access Scheduler directly from the ReoQuote App shortcut in the Chrome Folder or your Citrix Workspace.
