Before you begin
- Ensure you are logged into the Elda (Chrome) Manifests application. If you don't see Manifests in your available Elda (Chrome) shortcuts, you may need to request access to it. Please see our article on how to Request Access to an Elda Application.
- Ensure you are in the Manifest Details tab. See our Article Introduction to the Manifest Interface for more.
Steps to follow
Printing a Manifest
- Select the manifest you wish to print by clicking the grey box next to the manifest.
For help locating an existing manifest, see our article on Finding an Existing Manifest.
- Click on the Manifest button and select Printout from the subcategories.
- From here you can opt to preview or print the selected manifest.
Preview will display the manifest on the screen – Print will print the document to the default printer.
Print Parameters
- Select the Manifest which you’d like to print, as per step 1 above.
- Click on the Tools button and select Print parameters from the subcategories.
- These will open the Manifest System Parameters window, determine the documents required to print by selecting the checkboxes. Then choose from the printer down-drop options to select a default printer to print the documents.
- Press the Save button to save the printer settings.
- Follow the instructions above to preview the selected printouts.
- When you’re satisfied, print the manifest as required.
