Add/Remove a Transport Company in Freight Carrier Module

Before you begin

• Ensure you are logged into the Elda (Chrome) Manifests application. If you don't see Manifests in your available Elda (Chrome) shortcuts, you may need to request access to it. Please see our article on how to Request Access to an Elda Application.
• Ensure you are in the Manifest Details tab. See our Article Introduction to the Manifest Interface for more.
  
  
  

Steps to follow

1. Open the Freight Carrier module by following our article Introduction to the Freight Carriers Module.
   
   
2. Select Add Freight Company.

   
   

3. The ‘Adding New Freight Company’ window will open. Enter the name of the transport company you wish to add. Then select OK.

   
   

4. The new company will now be displayed in the ‘Transport Company’ drop-down list.

   
   

5. To remove a transport company, select Modify List.

   
   

6. The carriers window will open displaying all active/inactive transport companies. To delete a company. Tick the checkbox within the ‘Deleted’ column. To reactivate a deleted company, simply untick the checkbox within the ‘Deleted’ column.
