Add/Remove Company Trucks in Freight Carrier Module

Before you begin

• Ensure you are logged into the Elda (Chrome) Manifests application. If you don't see Manifests in your available Elda (Chrome) shortcuts, you may need to request access to it. Please see our article on how to Request Access to an Elda Application.
• Ensure you are in the Manifest Details tab. See our Article Introduction to the Manifest Interface for more.
  
  

Steps to follow

1. Open the Freight Carrier module by following our article Introduction to the Freight Carriers Module.
   
   
2. Select the required Transport Company from the drop-down list. 
   
3. Then select Add New Truck.
   
4. The ‘Adding New Vehicle’ window will display. Enter the truck registration in the text box and select OK.
   

5. The truck will now be displayed in the ‘Company Trucks’ list.

   
   
6. To remove a truck, simply select the truck from the ‘Company Trucks’ list and proceed to tick the inactive check box within the ‘Selected Truck Details’ section. 
   
7. Click on the Save Changes button to remove the truck from the Company Trucks list.
