View/Edit Delivery Details with the Summary of Delivery Window

Background

The Summary of Delivery window shows the schedule details and ordered products of the selected delivery. In the window, products details may not be altered; however, some schedule details may be altered.

Editing in the Summary of Delivery window is only allowed for some fields in the Schedule Details tab. These fields include: job contact, contact phone, email, site address, tag colours, ex-works option, first crane option, and delivery notes.

Before you begin


Steps to follow

  • Accessing the Summary of Delivery Window

    1. From the Delivery Schedule screen, right-click on a manifest/schedule to show the list of available subcategories. image263
    2. Click the Show Details option to open the Summary of Delivery window. 
  • Editing in the Summary of Delivery Window

    1. Follow the above instructions to access the Summary of Delivery window.

    2. In the Schedule Details tab of the current schedule, you can make changes to the customer contact details, address, delivery/dispatch time, delivery notes and add office notes if necessary. image269
    3. View the details of a different schedule and make changes if necessary. image270
    4. Press the Save button to save all changes.image271

  • Summary of Delivery – Rebar/Mesh/Sundries Tabs

    1. Follow the above instructions to access the Summary of Delivery window.

    2. In the Rebar, Mesh and Sundries tab of the selected schedule, you can view a breakdown of the reinforcing products and whether they have been scanned as produced (picked for mesh and sundry items) and/or loaded via the tick boxes. image272

  • Viewing Schedule History

    The Schedule History window lists all activities related to the schedule that were done since the schedule was created.

    1. Follow the above instructions to access the Summary of Delivery window.

    2. Press the History button to open the Schedule History window.
