Background
Elda's User Management app, User Access allows more user management flexibility and can be used to create and manage user permissions in Elda.
Add Scheduling Company :-
Before You Begin
- Ensure you have access to the User Access Application. If you don't see User Access Application in your available Elda (Chrome) shortcuts, you may need to request access to it. Please see our article on how to Request access to an Elda Application.
- Ensure you are logged into the Elda(Chrome) User Access Application. See our article Getting Started with User Access for more.
Steps to Follow
- Click on the Edit Report Groups.

New window - Database Table Maintenance open.

Enter Report group description and Report group ID will automatically generated. For Example:- ReportgroupDescription: ABC Test

Press the Save button which is right hand side at the bottom of the page.
- Automatically ReportgroupID generated.
Assign a Scheduler :-
Before you begin
- Ensure you are logged into the Elda(Chrome) Scheduler Application. See our article Getting Started with Scheduler for more.
Steps to Follow
- Click on the Tools button which is left hand side of the Scheduler.
- Click on the Scheduling Company Access.
- Enter the Company name by using search field by name or job number.
- Enter the Scheduler name and Job number and then press Allow Access button.
- Pop up message will display and press OK.
- Scheduler appear on as below.
