An introduction to Oova
The New Oova App is now working on both IOS and Android devices. The Oova app has been designed to provide dispatch teams with real-time, transparent information on various deliveries and delivery drivers, fully integrated into your ERP or via a compatible mobile device.
Dispatch teams are given the ability to track drivers' current and past locations as well as their time on the job site. Once a delivery has been assigned to a driver, the required information will appear on Oova, allowing drivers to view their allocated runs for the day. Drivers can upload information regarding each delivery and mark deliveries as either complete or not complete within the app.
The information uploaded from the drivers is then linked back to the dispatch teams, to review and action if required.
