Accessing Elda (Chrome) via Citrix Workspace

Background

There are several ways to access the Elda (Chrome) Application Suite. One is via Citrix Workplace.

Before you begin

• Check that Citrix Workspace has been installed on your PC. 

If you can't find Citrix Workplace:

• Check if you have Elda (chrome) installed locally on your PC. See our article on Accessing Elda (Chrome) via Windows Desktop (Shortcuts). 
• Contact your manager to confirm the best way to access Elda (Chrome) for your organisation.

Steps to take

1. Once it’s installed, you’ll be able to open Citrix Workspace in two ways:
   

   As a shortcut on your Desktop.

   

   OR

   From a link in your Windows Start Menu.

   
   

2. On running the Citrix Workspace application you will be taken to a login screen where you will need to enter your Citrix Login Details.

   
   

3. Once you have logged in you will be presented with a group of tiles representing the Elda applications you have been given access to.

5. Once you're logged in, click on the tile corresponding to the application you want to use and it will open in a new window.
