Background
This Knowledge Base Article provides a step-by-step guide on how to Reset/Close opened sessions of your applications in Citrix Workspace.
PLEASE NOTE: Reset Citrix Session has to be clicked every time you finish your work inside Citrix Workspace.
Before You Begin
- Ensure Microsoft Authenticator setup is completed -See our article on Set up Microsoft Authenticator for more.
- Ensure Citrix Workspace is installed on your PC. See our article on How to Download and Install Citrix WorkSpace for more.
- Ensure you are logged into Citrix Workspace. See our article on How to Sign into Citrix Workspace for more.
Steps to Follow
- Click on the APPS Section.
PLEASE NOTE: Citrix Workspace will display this welcome screen after successful login into the Citrix Workspace Application.
- Click on the APPS button on the top center of the Citrix Workspace to navigate to your applications page.
PLEASE NOTE: Click on the star icon next to the application shortcuts for them to be visible on the home screen.
- Click on the Reset Citrix Session tile to close all the applications opened in your account.
PLEASE NOTE: Reset Citrix Session has to be clicked every time you finish your work inside Citrix Workspace.
Citrix Workspace will close all your opened applications in your account.
PLEASE NOTE: Although the apps will be closed you won't be Signed Out of Citrix Workspace.
