How to use the Change Job Price Matrix Tool

Background

The purpose of the Change Job Price Matrix Tool is to update a job's price matrix to another price matrix with options to preserve existing discounts (alter pricings) and existing pricings (alter discounts).

Before you begin

• Ensure you are logged into the Elda(Chrome) Scheduler Application.  See our article Getting Started with Scheduler for more. 

Steps to follow:

1. In the Scheduler main window, click the Job# header then type the Job number (Searching for a Job)
   
   

2. On the left side of the main window, navigate to Tools > Admin.

   

   
   

3. In the new window, go to Change Job Price Matrix tab.
   

   
   

4. Click the dropdown menu then select a different price matrix than the job's price matrix.
   

   
   

5. Click on Alter Discount/Preserve Pricing radio button.
   
   If the job has Rebar Price Matrix enabled in Job Details (Job > Job Details > Pricing/Discounts tab) and you select Alter Discount/Preserve Pricing option, you will see "Current rebar price matrix pricing will be preserved" message.

   

   
   

6. Click Refresh Grid. This should show all the pricing and discounts for the selected price matrix.
   

   

   
   

7. Make further adjustments in the Discount column if necessary. Once done, click the Apply Pricing to Job button.
