Searching for an Existing Credit

Using the Search Existing Credits Tab

This tab allows users to find credits created by different users and at any dates. Users can view credits created by certain users at certain dates, as well as filter credits using an inputted search string.

Search Credits by User

1. In the Find Invoice/Credits window, click the Search Existing Credits tab to open the Search Existing Credits screen.

2. Select the user you wish to view the credits of by clicking on the ‘raised by’ dropdown and selecting the user.

OR

Tick the ‘Show for all users’ checkbox to view the credits created by all available users.

  The Credits grid will automatically be updated depending on the selection you make.

(Tick the Set as Default View checkbox if you want to save this view’s settings for the next time you use Credits)

3. In the Credits grid, select the credit that you wish to use and double click image096

OR press the Use Selected button.

Search Credits by Date

1. In the Find Invoice/Credits window, click the Search Existing Credits tab to open the Search Existing Credits screen.

2. Select the date range you wish to view the credits of by selecting the dates from the ‘between’ calendar dropdowns.

OR

   Tick the ‘All dates’ checkbox to view all the credits regardless of the date.

The Credits grid will automatically be updated depending on the selection you make.

(Tick the Set as Default View checkbox if you want to save this view’s settings for the next time you use Credits)

3. In the Credits grid, select the credit that you wish to use and press enter or the Use Selected button
