This knowledge base article provides step-by-step process on how to clear the VPN credentials in Windows 10.

Clearing the VPN credentials

1. On the far right of the taskbar, click on the Network icon.
   
   
2. The Network icon should appear as either:Or
   
   
3. Click the VPN connection that you want to clear the credentials. It will open a window.
   
   
4. On the new window, choose the VPN that you want to clear the credentials then the Advanced Options button.
   
   

5. Click the Clear sign-in info button.

   
   

6. Once you cleared the sign-in info, it will now require you to input your credentials the next time you connect to that VPN.
