Contacts Management

Before you begin

Adding a New Contact

1. In the Job Details window, press Contacts Management.

2. Press Add Contact to bring up the contact form and enter the contact details. (* indicates a mandatory field)

  • Tick Primary Contact if the contact is to be the jobs primary contact. This will automatically mark the contact as the delivery notification recipient; therefore, they will receive SMS and Email notifications regarding the delivery.
  • Tick Site Contact if the contact is to be a contact for a site.
  • Tick Invoice Contact if the contact is to be sent the jobs invoices.
  • Tick delivery notification recipient if the contact is to receive SMS and Email notifications regarding the delivery

3. Press Apply and OK to save the contact.

Editing a Contact

1. In Contacts Management, double-click on the black arrow to select a contact or select then, press Edit Contact.

2. Make changes to the contact details and press Apply.

Deleting a Contact

1. In Contacts Management, select and double click on a contact or press Edit Contact.

2. Press Delete to delete the selected contact.
