Before you begin
- Ensure you are logged into the Elda(Chrome) Scheduler Application. See our article Getting Started with Scheduler for more.
Adding a New Contact
1. In the Job Details window, press Contacts Management.
2. Press Add Contact to bring up the contact form and enter the contact details. (* indicates a mandatory field)
- Tick Primary Contact if the contact is to be the jobs primary contact. This will automatically mark the contact as the delivery notification recipient; therefore, they will receive SMS and Email notifications regarding the delivery.
- Tick Site Contact if the contact is to be a contact for a site.
- Tick Invoice Contact if the contact is to be sent the jobs invoices.
- Tick delivery notification recipient if the contact is to receive SMS and Email notifications regarding the delivery
3. Press Apply and OK to save the contact.
Editing a Contact
1. In Contacts Management, double-click on the black arrow to select a contact or select then, press Edit Contact.
2. Make changes to the contact details and press Apply.
Deleting a Contact
1. In Contacts Management, select and double click on a contact or press Edit Contact.
2. Press Delete to delete the selected contact.
