Schedule Variations

Before you begin


Creating a New Variation

1. In Scheduler, select a locked schedule that you wish to create a variation for.

2. Within the menu – Click the Job button and select the Job Variations option within the sub categories to open the Job Variations form.

3. In the Job Variations form, press the New Variation button to create the variation for the selected schedule.

4. Press the Save button to save the newly created variation.

5. In the Rebar, Mesh and Sundry tabs (The * mark indicates that there are items for the particular product type), tick the Variation Item columns checkboxes for the items that you wish to add to the variation.

6. Make changes to the Var. Qty and Var. Length (Rebar only) if required. (Var. Qty cannot be less than zero or greater than the scheduled quantity). image258

7. Press the Save button to save the changes made to the variation.

Editing a Variation

1. In the Job Variations form, select an existing variation.

2. Make changes to the schedules variation items.

3. Press the Save button to save the changes made to the variation.

Deleting a Variation

1. In the Job Variations form, select an existing variation.

2. Press the Delete button to delete the selected variation.

Printing a Variation

1. Tick Print Lump Sum if you wish to hide the variation prices on the printout. (You can also select specific items you wish to have the prices hidden by unticking the Hide Print column)

You can also opt to hide the freight charges by ticking the hide freight

2. Press the Print button to print just the current schedule variation or press Print All to print all the jobs variations.
