Background
The job drawings tool allows you to revise, manage and add drawings across multiple schedules in one click.
Before you begin
- Ensure you are logged into the Elda(Chrome) Scheduler Application. See our article Getting Started with Scheduler for more.
Using Job Drawings
1. Within scheduler, navigate to the required job. See our article Searching for a Job for instructions on how to find a particular job.
2. Once loaded, click on the Job button within the menu panel
3. Select Job Drawings
4. This will open job drawing module
5. To add a job drawing – Create a job drawing group by entering a description within the Drawing Number column.
Repeat step to create multiple job drawing groups
6. Once created, add the required schedules into the group by selecting them in the job schedules grid
7. Once selected, click within the Sch # column
8. Then, drag the schedule and drop it into the Drawing Schedules box.
Note: You can only click, drag and drop one schedule at a time.
9. Once you have added the required schedule/s into the group, you can then click, drag and drop drawings into the attachments field.
10. Enter the attachment reference, attachment type and if required drawing number and select ok.
Repeat step to add additional drawings/attachments
11. Attachments will be added to all schedules with the drawing group and are accessible to view by all staff.
12. Once selected - You can opt edit drawing groups, with adding additional schedules and drawing attachments, as required.
