Before you begin

Creating a New ReoQuote

1. Open the ReoQuote system. The customer details tab will automatically load. image026

2. Select the customer in which you are creating a quote for.

Cash Sale Customer

Cash Sale accounts are used for any customers who purchase products without having a customer account set up.

For cash sale customer simply select the Cash Sale button. This will load the default cash sale site for the state you are in (Eg, for Western Australia the default cash sale account is the East Rockingham branch.)

Click within the customer name field and search all customer accounts within the system.  Follow our article Finding a Customer with the Find Customer Window.

Existing Account Customer

Selecting an existing customer retrieves the default pricing for the selected account. Any default Schedule information such as delivery addresses, truck types, off-loading methods etc are automatically populated into ReoQuote.


Click within the customer name field and search all customer accounts within the system.  Follow our article Finding a Customer with the Find Customer Window.

If the customer, has multiple job accounts the system will select the allocated General Account. To change the allocated job account, click the drop-down option an select the preferred job account.

OR

If you know the customers job number, simply type the job number into the job number text box and press enter to retrieve customer and job information.

3. Once the customer and correct job account has been allocated, proceed to enter in the quote description

If a cash sale account is selected the description will default to CASH SALE

4. Proceed to the input section of ReoQuote, to add the products required to be quoted. Follow our article Entering Products into a ReoQuote for more on entering the various types of products.
