How to Set Up New Mesh Production Lines in Bundle Tags

Background

This knowledge base article provides information on how to add and manage Mesh Production Lines using the Bundle Tags application.

Before You Begin

  • Ensure you are logged into Elda(Chrome).  See our article Log in to an Elda Database for more.
  • Ensure you have access to the Bundles Tags app in Elda(Chrome) Folder. See our article Getting Started with Bundle Tags for more.
  • Ensure your MESH CODE is already available in Bundle Tag before going through this article.



Accessing Mesh Batch Parameters 

  1. Within Bundle Tags, click on the Mesh Production Button from the left-hand side of Bundle Tags. This will open the Mesh Production Window.


  2. Click on the Production Batch Details tab and click on the Batch Settings button from the right-hand side of the Mesh Production Window.

    PLEASE NOTE: This will open up the Mesh Batch Parameters window.







Creating a New Mesh Code

  1. DO NOT FORGET TO CHECK IF THE MESH PRODUCTION LINE IS ALREADY IN THE SYSTEM. 
    PLEASE NOTE:
    1.  If  YOUR MESH CODE is already in the system you will not need to add it again.
    2. Verify if  YOUR MESH CODE is already in the system by navigating through the MESH CODES in this window. (You can use the scroll bar on the right-hand side of the window.)

  2. Click on the Mesh Production Tab and type in the new Mesh DetailsMesh Details include Mesh Code, Pack Size,  Sheets in fill run, and Run Time Hours.

    PLEASE NOTE: For this example, we will enter the following Mesh Details :
    1. Select the empty with the Asterisk (*)  mark on the left. (This will be the bottom line in the list.)

    2. Click on the Mesh Code cell and enter your Mesh Code (For this example the Mesh Code will be  NEW MESH CODE123). By default, the system will create a new line below the row you selected. The new empty row will display with an Asterisk (*)  mark.

    3. Click on the Pack Size cell  and enter your Pack Size  (For this example the Pack Size will be  30.)

    4. Click on the Sheets in fill run cell and enter your sheets in fill run (For this example the Sheets in fill run  960.)

    5. Click on the Run Time cell  and enter your Run Time(For this example the Run Time will be 12.7 .)

    6. Click on the Save Changes button.

    7. Click on the OK button from the Changes Saved window.





Modifying a New Mesh Code

  1. Navigate to the Mesh Batch Parameters window.
    PLEASE NOTE: Please use the following steps:
    1. Click on the Mesh Production Button from the Bundle Tag Window. This will open up the Mesh Production window.
    2. Click on the Production Batch Details tab and click on the Batch Settings from the Mesh Production window.
  2. Click on the Mesh Production tab and select the Mesh Production Line you need to Modify.

    PLEASE NOTE: Select each cell and update the values as needed.
    1. Mesh Code

    2. Pack Size

    3. Sheets in full run

    4. Run Time Hours

  3. Click on the Save Changes button.

  4. Click on the OK button from the Changes Saved window.


    PLEASE NOTE:  The Mesh Production Line is now Modified.  Please confirm your change has been successful by closing the Mesh Batch Parameters Window. Please re-open the Mesh Batch Parameters Window and under Mesh Production Tab if the Mesh Code has been Modified.



Deleting a Mesh Code

  1. Navigate to the Mesh Batch Parameters window.
    PLEASE NOTE: Please use the following steps
    1. Click on the Mesh Production Button from the Bundle Tag Window. This will open up the Mesh Production window.
    2. Click on the Production Batch Details tab and click on the Batch Settings from the Mesh Production window.
  2. Click on the Mesh Production tab and select the Mesh Production Line you need to Delete.

  3. Click on any part of the selected line.
    PLEASE NOTE: You can click on the Mesh Code cell, Pack Size cell, Sheets in full run cell and Run Time Hours cell. 






  4. Click on the Grey color section with the black arrowhead, the left-hand side of the Mesh Code cell from the selected Mesh Production Line.

    PLEASE NOTE: Your mouse pointer will change into an arrow when your mouse is over this grey section.
     
  5. Press the DELETE button from your keyboard to remove the Mesh Production Line from Bundle Tag.

  6. Click on the Save Changes button.

  7.  Click on the OK button from the Changes Saved window.

    PLEASE NOTE:  The Mesh Production Line is now deleted. Please confirm your change has been successful by closing the Mesh Batch Parameters Window. Please re-open the Mesh Batch Parameters Window and under Mesh Production Tab if the Mesh Code has been deleted.
