How to Download and Install Citrix WorkSpace

This knowledge base article provides a step-by-step guide on how to download and install Citrix Workspace.

Before You Begin

• Ensure Microsoft Authenticator setup is completed -See our article on How to set up Microsoft Authenticator for more.  

How to Download Citrix Workspace App

1. Navigate to Citrix Workspace App for Windows page.
   
   
   
2. Click on the Download Citrix Workspace app for Windows button. This will start the download process of the Citrix Workspace App into your PC. For this example, we are using the Google Chrome Browser.
   
   

How to Install the Citrix Workspace App

1. Navigate to your PC download and then double-click on the Citrix Workspace App. This will open up the Citrix Workspace Installer.
   
   
   
2. Click on the Start button to start the installation of Citrix Workspace.
   
   
   
3. Click on the check box to accept the license agreement from the License Agreement step. Click on the Next button to proceed to the next step.
   
   
   
4. Click on the check box to enable Single Sing-on. Then click on the Next button to proceed to the next step.    
   
   
   
5. DO NOT CLICK ON  THE CHECK BOX TO  ENABLE APP PROTECTION. Click on the Install button to Install Citrix on your PC.
   PLEASE NOTE: For the Best Bar Pty Ltd Policy the enable app protection option has to be kept unchecked.
   
   
   

Citrix Workspace will now start the installation process on your PC.

Citrix Workspace will display the Installation successful window after the installation process.
