How to Change Your Printer Page Size to A4

This knowledge base article provides information on how to set the printer page size to  A4.

Before You Begin

• Ensure that the printer you want to print on is already added to the computer. You would be able to see this on the printer list shown in Step 2. If the printer is not showing, please contact IT. 

Steps to follow

1. Search for Printer and Scanners from the Windows search bar and click to open the System Settings.

2. Select the preferred printer from the list under ‘Printers and Scanners’ and click Manage. (If the printer is not showing you would need to add it).

3. Click on Printing Preferences.

4. Depending on the printer model the interface can be a little different. In this example, select A4 from the list under Original Size.

5. Click Apply then OK to confirm the selection.
