This Knowledge Base Article provides information needed to Review NIM Management Report Dashboard.
Before You Begin
- Ensure you are logged into Elda(Chrome). See our article Log in to an Elda Database for more.
- Ensure you access the ChromeInventory app in Elda(Chrome) Folder. See our article Getting Started with ChromeInventory for more.
Important
- These are the most important aspects of this business dashboard that we need to look into daily.

Question 01: Has the work order been produced?
- If YES: Needs to be reviewed if there is a The Production Date visible.
- IF NO: Check in the Notes column if there are any Error Notes available. We can also check in the Unposted Items Dashboard to see if they can be posted again.

Question 02 - If Yes has information on the Work Order successfully been sent to Pronto?
- IF YES - We can confirm this by looking in the Pronto Batch Column. There will be a code displayed by Pronto in the dashboard.
- Else - Check in the Notes column if there are any Error Notes available. We can also check in the Unposted Items Dashboard to see if they can be posted again.
Steps to Follow
- Click on the Dashboard Reports button to access the reports.
- Click NIM Management in the dropdown menu.
- The NIM Management contains the following details
Column Name
DescriptionProduction Date The date on which the work order is sent for production Warehouse The details of the production site of the work order ProductionLine The machine selected for production of the work order Work Order The details of the work order. Product The item produced on the work order TagRef Related Tags for the products on the work order Tags This column will display if the Tags are printed. Produced This column will get ticked when the Progress column comes to 100% Progress The status of the production will be displayed here Produced Date The production completion date will be displayed here Pronto Batch With a successful post on pronto, chrome will display batch code here. Unit Displayed what unit will be used in your company to gather products (For example: Bags) Quantity The quantity measurement of products produced in the work order Produced Device The devices that are used in work orders will be displayed here. Notes Additional notes containing the delivery are displayed here with error messages.
