Review Fabrication Management Dashboard Report

Background

This Knowledge Base Article provides information needed to Review the Fabrication Management Dashboard Report.

Before You Begin

• Ensure you are logged into Elda(Chrome).  See our article Log in to an Elda Database for more.
• Ensure you access the ChromeInventory app in Elda(Chrome) Folder. See our article Getting Started with ChromeInventory for more.

Steps to Follow

1. Click on the Dashboard Reports button to access the reports. This will open up the Dashboard Reports page.
   
   
2. Click Fabrication Management from the dropdown menu.
   
   The Fabrication Management contains the following details:
   

   Column Name	Description
   Schedule	Schedule number assigned by the system
   Fabrication	Name of the general fabrication of the product
   Delivery Date	Date when it will be delivered
   Product	Unique code assigned to a product
   Shape	Unique code assigned to a specific shape
   Mark	Bar mark assigned from the plan/drawing
   Quantity	Total number of product
   Length	Length of the product
   Weight	Weight of the product
   Cut	Checkbox to confirm if the product is cut
   Bent	Checkbox to confirm if the product is bent
   Off-Coil	Checkbox to confirm if the product is off-coil
   Fabricated	Checkbox to confirm if the product is fabricated
   Schedule Production	Current progress on the production
   Notes	Column for comments/error message
