Review Schedule Delivery Dashboard Report

Background

This Knowledge Base Article provides information needed to Review Schedule Delivery Dashboard Report .

Before You Begin

• Ensure you are logged into Elda(Chrome).  See our article Log in to an Elda Database for more.
• Ensure you access the ChromeInventory app in Elda(Chrome) Folder. See our article Getting Started with ChromeInventory for more.

Steps to Follow

1. Click on the Dashboard Reports button to access the reports. This will open up the Dashboard Reports page.
   
   
   
2. Click Schedule Delivery Report from the dropdown menu.
   
   
3. The Schedule Delivery Dashboard contains the following details.
   
   

   Column Name	Description
   Site Name	The details of the Company Site.
   ScheduleNo	The scheduled number of delivery items.
   Delivery Date	The set date for the delivery will be displayed here.
   Schedule Status	The status of the scheduled items contained in the delivery. This will be displayed in different colours.
   Manifest	The manifest number of delivery.
   SundCode	The delivery items' sundry codes will be displayed here
   SundQty	A quantity of the related sundry items in the delivery
   Last Updated	This displays the last known date and time if there are new changes to the delivery or the items .
   Item Picked	The status of pickup of the delivery and items is displayed here.
   Production	The production status of the items in the delivery is displayed here.
   Notes	Additional notes containing the delivery are displayed here with any error messages.
