Review Galvanizing Orders Coming Up Dashboard Report

This Knowledge Base Article provides information needed to review Galvanizing Orders Coming Up from the ChromeInventory Dashboard Report section.

Before You Begin

Steps to Follow

  1. Click on the Dashboard Reports button to access the reports. This will open the Dashboard Reports page.

  2. Click Galvanizing Orders Coming Up from the drop-down menu.

    The Galvanizing Orders Coming Up report displays the available data for the date range selected. Adjust the dates as needed.

    NOTE: Dates selected on any of the dashboard reports shall be the default dates when you open a different report module.

  3. The Galvanizing Orders Coming Up report contains the following details:
    Column Name
    Description
    Site Name
    The details of the Company Site.
    ScheduleNo
    The associated schedule number of the delivery items.
    Delivery Date
    The set date for the delivery will be displayed here.
    Schedule Status
    The status of the scheduled items contained in the delivery. This will be displayed in different colours.
    Manifest
    The manifest number of delivery.
    Progress
    Percentage representing progress of the order.
    Product
    Product identifier.
    Shape
    Product shape identifier.
    Mark
    Product mark identifier.
    Quantity
    Quantity of the items ordered.
    Length
    Length of the product in millimeter.
    Weight
    Weight of the item ordered.
    Tags
    Tick if item has been tagged. 
    Cut
    Tick if item is cut per request.
    Bent
    Tick if item is bent per request.
    Off-Coil
    Tick if item is to be made on an off-coil machine.
    Galvanized
    Tick if item is to be galvanized.
    Notes
    Additional notes containing the delivery are displayed here with any error messages.
