Logging into Oova

To log into the Oova application, you will need an approved Thimbl account.  
Please follow this article for assistance in applying for a Thimbl account.

1. Locate the Oova on your apple device – Click on the app to open.
   
2. This will load the log-in page
   
3. Enter your username and password. Ensure to enter the organization name as part of the username -
   Example: bestbar\<username> Toggle the ‘remember me option to save your user credentials.
   
4. Select Login
   
   Once you are logged in to Oova, you will be diverted to the Deliveries page.
   Note: For users who aren’t in network reception, select Work Offline this will store data within the app and upload it into the system when you are back in an area with network coverage and have re-logged in.  
   
   While working Offline, the Deliveries page will appear blank.
