Setup Default Printers in Bundle Tags

Background

The Bundle Tags app will allow you to print stock, production and heat tags for Schedules available in the Elda System.  Using the Parameter window, it's possible to set up default printers for various types of Schedule documents and tags as well as control printing of copies to multiple printers.

• Set up your Schedule and Tag Printers on Local Machine

  The System tab allows you to setup your local printer defaults for printing Schedules and Tags.

  1. Click the Parameter button in the Bundle Tags Menu.

  

  2. Click the System tab. 

  
  

  3. From the printer drop-down controls, choose the system printer you require to print each document.  Document Prints include: Rebar Schedules, Mesh Schedules, Sundry Schedules and Tags.

  
  

   4. Check or Uncheck the Print Graphic Tags checkbox to either allow or suppress images of products being printed on tags.
  
  

• Setup Site Schedule and Tag Printers at Multiple Sites

  The Sites tab allows you to setup tag and schedule printers at multiple sites.  Tags and Schedules will print to these printers based on their Site.

  
  
  

• Using Copy Control

  The Copy Control tab allows you to control how many copies of each document are printed on your default printer as well as to an additional copy printer.  This can be useful in a setup where multiple copies of documentation are required and/or your facility requires prints in the office and to a factory or warehouse printer.
