Printing Tags in Bundle Tags

Background

The Bundle Tags app will allow you to print stock, production and heat tags for Schedules available in the Elda System.

Printing Tags

1. Find/Filter the Job Grid to display to the Schedules you need to print tags for.  See our article on Finding and Filtering Schedules in Bundle Tags.

2. Select the Schedules you wish to print.  See our article on Selecting Table/Grid Records For more on selecting Schedules in the Jobs Grid.

3. Ensure the Print to Screen is either checked or not checked depending on your requirements.

4. Click the Print Tags button to print your tags.

Be Aware - You may see one or several warning messages depending on the stock you have available, the production rules your organisation has in place or if the invoice has already been printed.

Also, if tags have already been printed for a job, you will be prompted to enter a reason for why you're reprinting your tags (minimum of 20 characters in length) and you'll need to tick a checkbox to confirm you have collected and destroyed any previously printed tags.

Print to Screen

If you've selected Print to Screen, you'll see an onscreen preview of you tags prior to printing.  If not, your tags will be printed to your default selected Tag Printer.

PLEASE NOTE:

1. If Suppress Dimension Tags is not ticked in System Parameters:

Dimension Tags will be printed for each M-Sheet or High Tolerance bars.

2. If Suppress FA/QA Tags is not ticked in System Parameters:

FA/QA tags will be printed according to the production rule setup in CutOptimiser app.

For non-split tags:

QA Tags will be printed if the tag's quantity is equal or more than the FA value.

For split tags:

QA Tags will be printed if the first tag's quantity is equal or more than the FA value, and subsequent split tags' quantity is more than the QA Repeat value.
