How to Reset My Computer Password

This Knowledge Base Article provides information on how to reset our computer password. 

Steps to Follow

1. Log in to your computer. Once the desktop is visible, press and hold the CTRL + ALT + Delete keys on your keyboard.
   
   
2.  Select  Change a password.
   
   
   
3. Enter the following  user credentials as follows:
   1. Your Username will be displayed
   2. Type In  your Current Password
   3. Type In  the  New  Password
   4. Type In New Password again in order to confirm the password.
      
      
      
4. If your password change is successful, you will be presented with the following screen (or similar).
   
   
   PLEASE NOTE: You will need to confirm your credentials in apps and other devices that you use (For Example - Outlook on desktop and mobile. You will be prompted to enter your new password).
