Background
Team viewer is used to helping us remotely connect to another computer. This can be for the purpose of training new individuals in your organisation remotely or for the purpose of identifying and repairing problems in another computer.
Before You Begin
- Ensure to check the computer version. See our article on How to Tell If You Have a 64-Bit or 32-Bit Computer for more.
How to Download TeamViewer
- Go to the Bit Berry Teamviewer page: https://get.teamviewer.com/bitberrytv .
- The Teamviewer setup file will automatically start downloading to your computer.
- Follow the instructions from How to Install Teamviewer.
How to Install TeamViewer
- Please click the setup file downloaded from your browser in order to start the installation of Teamviewer. You can also find the file inside your PC under Downloads.
PLEASE NOTE: Follow these steps to go to Downloads

Select File Explorer from the taskbar, or press the Windows logo key + E.

Under Quick access, select Downloads.

If you then get a user account control popup like this, click yes to continue. The installation process will start after that.

Click on the Next button in order to go to the next page.

Install popup window will appear. Team viewer host is now being installed on your computer.

Click the check box to accept the Team Viewer EULA and the DPA click on the Continue button. This will finish the installation and open up Teamviewer.

Click on the Next button under Setup unattended access in order to navigate to the next page

The next window will ask you to set your Computer Name and Password. These will be the credentials used by the help teams to access your PC.
PLEASE NOTE: There will be no changes to the default Computer Name. Please change the password to the company-provided admin password. Click on the Next button.

Select I don't want to create a TeamViewer account now under Add this computer to Computers & Contacts and click on the Next button in order to navigate to the next step.

Select Finish to successfully complete the TeamViewer Set-Up process.

Please open TeamViewer, please copy Your ID and Password and email it to the helpdesk ( support@bitberry.com.au ).
PLEASE NOTE: Teamviewer will be located on the system tray (bottom right of the toolbar) and on your Desktop.
