How to Send Product Tag Data for Quality Assurance Testing

This Knowledge Base Article provides the steps on how to book a test for a product we created.

Before You Begin

• Ensure you have completed production on a product. See our article How to Load Heat Data into Mesh Machine Spindles and Cross Wires for more.

Steps to Follow  

1. Scan the Test Tag that you have.
   
   The SCANNER will display the following messages.
   
   
   
2. Scan your Employee ID Scan.
   
   The SCANNER will display the following messages.
   
   
   There is a time period to scan the batch tag. If the time runs out, you will get a message like below
   
   The scanner will also display an Invalid Batch Tag message. But you can try again by proceeding to step 03.
   
   
3. Scan the batch tag properly.
   The scanner will display the following message
