Before you begin
- Ensure you are logged into the Elda(Chrome) Scheduler Application. See our article Getting Started with Scheduler for more.
- Ensure the status of your schedule is set to Created. Only schedules with the status of Created can be committed to the factory.
Sending a Schedule to Factory
1. Within a schedule, ensure you have selected the completed checkbox and saved the schedule changes
2. Select the Schedule button from the menu. You will be prompted to select from the sub-categories.
3. Select Factory to send the schedule to the factory for production. (Once sent to factory, the schedules status will change to Queued. Once the bundle tag application has processed the schedules tags the status will then be updated to Tags Assigned).
Notes
- Only schedules that were created not more that 2 years old can be processed, as the system doesn't process tags for schedules that are old as the schedule itself and there might have some structural issues and missing fields already. The workaround for this is to create a new schedule and copy the details from the old schedule.
