Background
The Diary system allows you keep track of the schedules you created, schedules you marked to be followed up, and the schedules currently in production and delivery.
Before you begin
- Ensure you are logged into the Elda(Chrome) Scheduler Application. See our article Getting Started with Scheduler for more.
Accessing the Schedule Diary System
In Scheduler, click Tools and select Diary button from the popup menu to open the Schedule Diary System window.

Show follow ups tab |
Select this tab to show ALL schedules that have been marked to your user which are too be followed up. If a schedule you have entered has been put on Back Order you will be notified within this tab. |
Schedule Follow -Up Filters |
- Select between a date range - Filter by a particular job number - Show all Finalised follow ups - Show all users follow ups |
My Schedules not factoried tab. |
Select this tab to show ALL schedules that are currently in the created status and have not yet being sent to factory. |

Schedules Production/Delivery status tab |
Select this tab to show an overview of the production and delivery status of all schedules within the system. |

Production Summary |
The production summary will show a summary of the bar capacity for each branch |
Excel button |
Press the button to send the items in the Schedule Production/Delivery Status grid to an excel file. |
