Manage Schedules Tool

Background

The Manage Schedules tool allows schedulers to manage multiple schedules quickly and easily. This includes: 

• Moving the delivery dates of multiple schedules forward by a set number of days
• Changing the delivery dates of multiple schedules to a specified date
• Cancelling multiple schedules.

Before you begin

• Ensure you are logged into the Elda(Chrome) Scheduler Application.  See our article Getting Started with Scheduler for more.

Managing Schedules

This tool will allow schedulers to manage schedules they created easily and quickly. This includes changing the delivery dates of and cancelling multiple schedules.

1. Select and open a job that you wish to manage.

2. Under the Tools, select Manage Schedules to bring up the Schedule Management window

3. Select the schedules that you wish to manage.

4. Change the delivery dates for the selected schedules by moving the project forward or nominating a new date.

OR

Cancel the selected schedules by pressing Cancel.
