Delivered Schedules / My Schedules

Background

The Delivered Schedules (or My Schedules) page shows an overview of your delivered and in progress schedules. 


Before you begin

  • Ensure you can access you company's version of Thimbl (you may know it as ReoNet or FoamHub).
  • Thimbl is accessible anywhere via your web browser of choice.
  • See our article Accessing Thimbl for more information.


Delivered Schedules

1. From the main navigation, select Jobs and Delivered Schedules.


2. Ensure you have the correct Branch selected.


3.  If you know the Job Number you are reporting on, you can enter it directly in the Search Job textbox.


If you don't know the Job Number, click the magnifier icon to open the Find Job Number form.

Enter the company name you are searching for in the Find Job Number textbox. A pop up will appear with suggestions available in the system.  Click the suggestion that matches your company.


Once the company is confirmed, a list of Jobs will appear below the textbox.  Click the Number of the Job (eg. 0001) you want reporting on.


4. After confirming the Job, add a From and To date under Date Range.


5. Click Get Schedules.


This will return a list of schedules grouped in two categories: In Progress and Completed.




In Progress

The In Progress tab lists key information for each of your schedules that are currently in process of being ordered and fulfilled.  


For each schedule:

  • Click the "i" icon for a quick summary of the schedule's costs.


  • If enabled (set to black in colour) click "Dwg" to download any marked drawings.

Completed

The Completed tab lists key information for each of your schedules that are marked as completed.


For each schedule:

  • Click the "i" icon for a quick summary of the schedule's costs.


  • If enabled (set to black in colour) click "Cert" to download any marked drawings, "Delivery" to download delivery information, "Dwg" to download any marked drawings or "ALL" to download all associated files.


Filtering Completed Schedules

There are a number of filters available for listed schedules.

Filter by Status

You can filter the list of Completed schedules by checking or unchecking options under the Status control.  This control is dynamic and will update the list as you make your selection.

1. Check the options you require.


2. Review the updated list of schedules.


Filter by Description Search

You can filter the list of schedules (In Progress or Completed) by a description search.  

1. Enter the text string you are searching for in the Description textbox.  The list will update automatically once you click anywhere outside of the textbox.


2. Review the updated list of schedules.


Download a Schedule Pack

The Schedule Pack tool is designed to allow you to easily download a consolidated file package of your list of schedules to keep in your records.  The Schedule Pack is a ZIP file including a CSV file with all your schedule data, as well as any available mill certificates, delivery dockets and/or marked drawings.

1. Filter your list as required.  See the above instructions for more.


2. Click Get Schedule Pack.


3. This will launch the Document Request form.  Review the information to confirm you have selected the correct criteria then click Request.


You will then receive a notification at the bottom left-hand corner of the screen confirming your download request has been sent.



Export the schedule list to CSV

The displayed/filtered list of schedules can be exported to CSV format for easy import into Excel or a third party database.

1. Filter your list as required.  See the above instructions for more.


2. Click Export Data to CSV link at the bottom left-hand corner of the page.

3. Follow the prompts from your system to download the CSV file.
