Using Reporting in Bundle Tags

Before you Begin

You currently cannot run Bundle Tag Reporting on all sites.  Ensure you use the Display Sites dropdown to select the Production Site you wish to report on.

If you have All Sites selected, you will see the following error message:

Daily Stock Forecast

1. The Daily Stock Forecast tab will be selected by default when you open the Daily Stock Forecast window; otherwise, you can access it by clicking the Daily Stock Forecast tab.

2. Using the Delivery Date dropdown controls, set the From and To dates required for the selected date range.

3. Click the Go button.

This will load the daily forecast data into the Daily Forecast Data grid.  

From the Daily Forecast Data grid, double click the Row Selector to choose a Product.

This will load the selected Product's summary data into the Product Summary for Cut & Bend, Product by Schedule for Cut & Bend and Product Schedule for Stock Bar grids.

Filter the Product by Schedule for Cut & Bend Grid

You can easily filter the Product by Schedule for Cut & Bend grid by length range, using the Display Lengths Filter.  Enter the minimum and maximum lengths into the two textboxes, then click Filter.

The Product by Schedule for Cut & Bend grid will then display the length range selected.

Export to Excel

After setting the dates and choosing a product as outlined above, click the Excel button.

This will export the data currently available in the Daily Stock Forecast tab into a new Excel Workbook, each grid will be loaded into a separate sheet within the Workbook.

Daily Breakdown

1. Using the Delivery Date dropdown controls, set the From and To dates required for the selected date range required for your daily breakdown.

2. Click the Daily Breakdown button.

This will open the Daily Breakdown report in a new Excel Workbook.

Summary Reports

1. From the Daily Stock Forecast window, click the Summary Reports tab.

2. Using the Date dropdown controls, set the From and To dates required for the selected date range.

3. Click the Go button.

The summarised data for your selected date range will be loaded into the Rebar Summary Report grid, Mesh Summary Report grid and Sundry Summary Report grid.

Export to Excel

Click the Excel button to export the data currently displayed in each Summary Report grid to a new Excel Workbook.

Scanner Activity (Total Scans per Day)

1. From the Daily Stock Forecast window, click the Scanner Activity tab.

2. Click the Date drop down to choose the required start date.

3. Click the Go button.

The Scan Count Total grid will now display the total number of scans per day with it's associated scan date.

Export to Excel

Click the Excel button to export the data currently in the Scan Count Total grid to a new Excel Workbook.
