Background
This Knowledge Base Article provides a step-by-step guide on how to activate or deactivate items in the Production Application. The main products in the Production Application will be the Rebar, Mesh, and Sundries.
Before You Begin
- Ensure you are logged into Elda(Chrome). See our article Log in to an Elda Database for more.
- Ensure you access the Products app in Elda(Chrome) Folder. See our article Getting Started with Products for more.
- Ensure you have already opened up the Products Application.
Steps to Follow
- Click on either the Rebar Tab, Mesh Tab, or Sundries tab in the Products Application. This will open up the selected tab Information.

- Please select the product you need to Activate/ Deactivate.
For this example, we will use Z Bars with the following information from the Sundries Tab. Sundry Line can be located by typing in the Sundry Code in the Filter Code Seach Box to narrow down the Sundry Item.- Code: ZB500
- Description: N12 Z Bar 150X500X150
- Sundry Type: Z Bars
- Click on the Grey color section with the black arrowhead from the selected Sundry Line.
PLEASE NOTE: Your mouse pointer will change into an arrow when your mouse is over this grey section.

Right-click on any part of the selected Sundry Line. The Activate/ De-Activate option will display.
PLEASE NOTE: By clicking on the Activate/ De-Activate option the item can be deactivated or activated.- Deactivate a Sundry Line
- Right-click on the Sundry Line and click on the Activate/ De-Activate option.
- Click on the OK button from the Chrome Products updated window.
The Products application will Deactivate the Sundry Line. The selected Sundry Line will disappear from the screen.
- Right-click on the Sundry Line and click on the Activate/ De-Activate option.
- Activate a Sundry Line
- Click on the Show Deleted tick box. The Products Application will display all the deleted Sundry Lines.
- Typing in the Sundry Code in the Filter Code Seach Box to narrow down the Sundry Item. (For this example, the Sundry Code is ZB500).
- Click on the Grey color section with the black arrowhead, the left-hand side of the Sundry Code cell from the selected Sundry Line.
PLEASE NOTE: Your mouse pointer will change into an arrow when your mouse is over this grey section.
- Right-click on the Sundry Line and click on the Activate/ De-Activate option. This will open up the Reprice Product Window.
- Click on the Show Deleted tick box. The Products Application will display all the deleted Sundry Lines.
