How to Setup Voicemail in Microsoft Teams

Background 

This knowledge base article provides steps on how to set up voicemail in Microsoft Teams. 

Before You Begin

• Ensure you are logged in to an Office 365 account (https://www.office.com/)
• Ensure you are logged in to Microsoft Teams. 

Steps to follow

1. On the upper right corner, click the three-dot menu (...) then click Settings
   
   
   
2. Click on the Settings option. This will open up the Settings Window.
   
   

3. Click on the Calls option from the Settings window.
   
   
   

4. Click Configure Voicemail button.
   

   
   You will now have several options to personalize your voicemail settings (record a voicemail, out-of-office greetings, etc.)
