How to Check for Voicemails in Microsoft Teams

Background 

This knowledge base article provides steps on checking for your voicemail in Microsoft Teams. 

Before You Begin

• Ensure you are logged into the work Office 365 account. 
• Ensure you are logged in to Microsoft Teams. 

Steps to Follow

1. Click on the Calls button from the left side of the Teams app.
   
   

2. Click on the Voicemail button from the  Calls window.

   
   Microsoft Teams will display the voicemails for your number.
