Modify a WIP – Bar Count

Before you begin

Below are the steps to take to modify a WIP – Bar count. These steps begin with the following assumptions:

• You are viewing the count you wish to modify (See Find and View a Count)
• The count type of the count is WIP – Bar (See Change a Count’s Count Type)

Steps to take

Take the following steps to modify a WIP – Bar count:

1. If required, tap in the Type of Bars in Bundle field and select the type of the reinforcing bars being counted.
   
   
2. If required, tap in the Length of Bars in Bundle field then enter the length of the reinforcing bars being counted.
   

   Tip: If the length of the bars in the bundle is 6 metres, 9 metres, or 12 metres, tap on the respective button (located to the right of the Length of Bars in Bundle field) to enter the respective length into the Length of Bars in Bundle field.

   
   
3. If required, tap in the Number of Bars in Bundle in Bundle field then enter the number of reinforcing bars being counted.
   
   
4. If required, tap in the Number of Identical Bundles field then enter the number of identical bundles being counted.
   

The total number of bars, bar weight per metre, and total weight of bars is calculated displayed at the end of the Details section.

After following the steps above, you may wish to:

• Create another count in the same section (See Create a Count from a Count)
• Delete the count (See Delete a Count)
