Introduction to the Scheduler Interface

Menu Section

Features	Functionality
Search by Button	Press the button to view search options, such as; -  Customer -  Advanced -  Job Number -  Schedule Number
Job Button	Press the button to view options to create new customer accounts. View and edit job details, create job drawing groups, access customer information, job variations and import jobs into Elda(Chrome).
Schedule Button	Press the button to view the options to create a new schedule, view schedule information, cancel schedule, view price summaries, printout/email a schedule/s and either factory or unlock the selected schedule/s
Calculators	Press the calculators button once a schedule is selected to open either the bar calculator, mesh calculator and pod calculator.
Tools	Press the tools button to access various tool features that are located within the scheduling system. Tools such as, scheduling admin, stock analysis, mill certificates, account information, quick access to the credit application, ect.
Requests	If you do not have access to unlock a schedule, the system will send a notification to action the request – Unlocking requests will appear within the requests window for someone with authority to unlock on your behalf.
Diary	A shortcut to open the Scheduler Diary system.

If you cannot see some buttons shown above, it means you do not have permission to these functions.

Top Section

Features	Functionality
Customer Details Grid	This grid lists the customer information such as the Customer Name, Address and Account Manager.
Current Jobs Grid	This grid lists all the jobs belonging to the selected customer.
Show In-Active Jobs Checkbox	Tick this checkbox to include listing of the selected customers in-active jobs in the current jobs grid.
Job Schedules Grid	This grid lists all the schedules belonging to the selected job.
Show Invoiced Checkbox	Tick this checkbox to include listing of the selected jobs invoiced schedules in the job schedules grid.
Delivery Between Date Picker Option	Select this option to display schedules for delivery within the selected date range.
All Dates Option	Select this option to display schedules for delivery at any time.

Bottom Section

Rebar Tab

Features	Functionality
Rebar Grid	Lists all the rebar items for the selected schedule.

     

Mesh Tab

Features	Functionality
Mesh Grid	Lists all the mesh items for the selected schedule.

Sundries Tab

Features	Functionality
Sundries Grid	Lists all the sundry items for the selected schedule.

 

Comments Tab

Features	Functionality
Office Notes Grid	Lists all the notes made by internal users for the selected schedule.
Priority Dropdown	Select the priority level of the office notes.
Save Changes Button	Press the button to save the entered office notes.
Customer Notes Textbox	Enter the customer related notes for the selected schedule.

 

Attachments Tab

Features	Functionality
Attachments Box	Lists all the attachments that have been added to the selected schedule.

Payments Tab

Features	Functionality
Payments grid	Lists all the payments that have been added to the selected schedule.
