Updating Foam Block Location in Oova

Background

The Knowledge Base Article provides information on how to change/update the location of foam blocks via the Oova App when the foam block location physically changes in the warehouse.

Steps to Follow

1. Navigate to the menu and select ‘Unipod Assign Location’.
2. This will open the camera for you to scan the Block Barcode. When the camera recognizes the barcode, you will be prompted to select a block location. Select OK
3. Select block location from the given options and confirm location update by selecting ‘submit’. This will have to update the location of the block and you can head back to the Oova homepage.
