This Knowledge Base Article will guide you on how to Install the New Oova App using the web link provided.

Before you Begin

Steps to Follow

1. From your compatible iOS device, copy the below link and paste it into your Safari web browser:
   
   itms-services://?action=download-manifest&url=https://services.bitberry.com.au/MobileApps/Oova/manifest.plist
   
   
2. You will then be asked to install Oova. Click Install and follow the installation procedure as per a normal app installation.
   
3. The Oova app will now be available on your device's home screen.
   
4. Before you can use the app, you will have to allow your Apple device to trust ‘Best Bar’ To allow this you will have to enter your iPhone Settings > General >VPN & Device Management > Click Enterprise App ‘Best Bar Pty Ltd’ > Select ‘Trust Best Bar Pty Ltd’
   
5. You will be prompted to confirm, whether to trust Best Bar Pty Ltd – Select ‘Trust’
   
6. You will be diverted back to the Device Management page once trusted.
   
   
7. Locate the Oova on your apple device – Click on the app to open.
