How to Make Calls from Teams on your iPhone

This knowledge base article provides steps to make calls to both Internal and external contacts from Teams on your iOS device. 

Before You Begin

• Ensure you have setup the Teams app on your iPhone.

Steps to follow

1. Open the Teams app and navigate to the Calls tab.
   
2. Click on the circular Call icon to open the Dialpad.
   
3. You can contact both internal and external contacts.
   1. For internal contacts navigate to the People tab and search for the contact's name. Click on the Call icon next next to the name to make a call.
      
   2. For external contacts, navigate to the Dialpad menu and enter the number you wish to call.
