Reset a BitConnect device

Overview

There are occasions when you might want to reset a BitConnect device back to factory defaults.

• The BitConnect device doesn't seem connect to the specified Wi-Fi network
• The

Before you begin

• The BitConnect device is powered on

Steps to take

1. Press and hold the reload button (beneath the antenna port) with a paperclip (or something of the sort) for around four seconds then release
   
2. The BitConnect device should reset and then reboot after a few seconds
   
3. After a short while, the BitConnect device should begin advertising a Wi-Fi network.
   For example, this BitConnect device is advertising Wi-Fi network Bitconnect-W610-2C18
