Before you begin
- Ensure that you have installed the new Oova application on your phone. See our article, Getting Started with the New Oova App for more.
Steps to follow
- From My Jobs screen, tap on the delivery to complete.
- Details of the delivery job will be displayed. Here, you have the option to review the list of items for delivery by tapping on the arrow next to List of items. You also have the option to open the delivery address in a map/navigation application by tapping on the arrow next to the address. Otherwise, tap on Finish.
- If you are ready to complete the delivery, tap on Complete. Otherwise, choose Cannot Complete.
- The Dunnage screen opens after marking the delivery complete. You then have the option to add items you collected or dropped off as part of this delivery. Tap on Next once done adding dunnage items.
PLEASE NOTE: When drop-off items are added to the delivery, the customer will be charged as an adjustment on the final invoice.
- In the Signature screen, type in the recipient name. If the recipient is not on site, uncheck the Recipient on site option.
- The Add Signature button is enabled once recipient name is added. Tap on it.

Ask the recipient to sign on the box. If the signature is good to go, tap on the check mark. Othewise, tap on the undo button and ask the customer to sign again then tap on the check mark to proceed to the next step.
- Tap on the Next button. If for some reason, the signature needs to be replaced, tap on the undo button - the arrow below the signature.
- You will need to add at least one photo as proof of delivery. See this article Selecting Multiple Images from the Gallery for more details on the subject.
- Add additional comments about the delivery, if any. Tap on Submit.
The job is now complete! Tap on OK to return to the MyJobs page.
