Background
Deliveries that cannot be completed due to various reasons may be canceled on the Oova application. This article provides you with the steps to cancel a delivery.
Before you begin
- Ensure that you have installed the new Oova application on your phone. See our article, Getting Started with the New Oova App for more.
Steps to follow
- Select the job that you are unable to complete delivery for. Tap on Finish and when the below screen pops up, choose Cannot Complete.
- Hit Reason.
- Several options are provided. Choose the reason that is most applicable.
- Write a short explanation regarding the canceled delivery. Tap Next.
- Add at least three (3) photos as proof. See Selecting Multiple Images from Phone's Gallery for more on adding pictures.
- After the images are added, tap Submit.
- Then tap OK. The delivery job will now be canceled.
- Canceled jobs are marked with a red tab on your My Jobs screen.
