Cancelling a Delivery

Background

Deliveries that cannot be completed due to various reasons may be canceled on the Oova application. This article provides you with the steps to cancel a delivery.
 

Before you begin


Steps to follow

  1. Select the job that you are unable to complete delivery for. Tap on Finish and when the below screen pops up, choose Cannot Complete.

  2. Hit Reason.

  3. Several options are provided. Choose the reason that is most applicable.

  4. Write a short explanation regarding the canceled delivery. Tap Next.

  5. Add at least three (3) photos as proof. See Selecting Multiple Images from Phone's Gallery for more on adding pictures.

  6. After the images are added, tap Submit.

  7. Then tap OK. The delivery job will now be canceled.

  8. Canceled jobs are marked with a red tab on your My Jobs screen.
