Before you begin
- Ensure you are logged into the Elda (Chrome) Products application. If you don't see Products in your available Elda (Chrome) shortcuts, you may need to request access to it. Please see our article on how to Request access to an Elda Application.
- Ensure you are in the Products Pricing tab.
Steps to follow
- To compare price matrixes, click on the Edit Matrixes button.
- Select any combination of price matrixes by clicking the row headers for the required matrixes.
TIP:- To select non-sequential rows, hold Ctrl key while clicking on the row header of the price matrixes you would like to select.
- To select a block of sequential rows, click on the row header of the first price matrix you would like to select, hold the Shift key, and click on the last price matrix you like. All the rows in between will be highlighted.
- Use of the mouse and keyboard keys will allow selection of blocks or non sequenced price matrixes.
The first price matrix selected will be used as the basis for any other price matrixes compared (i.e., all other selected price matrixes will be compared to this one.) Once selected, right-click on your mouse to show a context menu with a Compare Matrix Pricing function.
- The analysis screen shows the products which can be filtered by combinations of the product type checkboxes and the item code filter:
Details contained in the display are:
- The item code, type and shipping weight, and the current price and applicable price per tonne of the first selected Price list.
- For each other price matrix selected, the price, difference in price, difference in price expressed as a percentage and difference in price on a tonne basis in groups of 4 columns:
- If required at any stage, the currently displayed grid can be exported to an Excel workbook using the Excel Export button.
